My academic and professional journey includes collaborations on international projects with institutions such as Johns Hopkins University, The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the World Health Organisation, and University of California Davis. Notably, my involvement in the IMRVI study on measles and rubella vaccination in India has been particularly impactful.

My research has been published in leading journals, including The Lancet Global Health, Epidemiology & Infection, and Epidemiology & Health, reflecting my commitment to generating actionable insights for public health policy.

My career has been shaped by extensive empirical research addressing critical public health challenges. I have held scientific positions in academia, government health departments, and the private sector, specializing in infectious disease diagnostics, assay development, and epidemiological surveillance. As Scientist 'B' at the Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory in Vidisha, I managed a COVID-19 RT-qPCR laboratory, ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance and control standards. This role underscored the importance of precise testing protocols and strengthened my dedication to rigorous public health measures.

In addition to research, I have contributed as a Visiting Faculty at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, where I have mentored M.Sc. students in areas such as Immunology, Enzyme Technology, and Intellectual Property Rights. These teaching and mentorship experiences have enhanced my communication and leadership skills, fostering a collaborative environment grounded in empirical evidence and critical thinking.

I actively foster productive working relationships by being an engaged team member with a strong track record of building trust, overcoming obstacles, and enhancing workplace communication. My collaborative approach consistently improves team dynamics and drives greater productivity.

Currently, as Global Engagement Executive Officer at IIT Indore, I focus on building and strengthening international academic collaborations, further refining my expertise in global engagement and higher education.
